Add a single contact on Command Desktop
In Command, you can import a list of contacts, but sometimes you just need to add one or two. It's easy to add a lead/contact in Command, and you will get additional control over adding/creating custom fields that you can't get when importing. Keep in mind, you can also add leads/contacts using the Command App.
Add a contact with the Command App
In the Command App, it's easy to add leads and contacts to your Command Contacts database while you are on-the-go. As we all know, a KW agent's business starts with their database, and with the Command App, you can grow your business whether in the office or in the field.
Import Contacts from your Phone with the Command App
We now have the ability to quickly import phone contacts into Command, using the Command App. There is no set up for this, such as connecting accounts, and there is no field mapping. You simply choose the phone contacts you want to import and bring them into Command with just a few button taps.
Import Contacts to Command Desktop with the Wizard or Spreadsheet
The most detailed way to get your contacts in to Command is to import a list of contacts. When importing, you can either use the Command Contact Import template, or you can use a custom spreadsheet and map the fields from that spreadsheet to Command fields. You will then be able to review how the data will pull in before they are added to your database.
